Cristina Reolid

Dancer

Cristina Reolid Gómez, born in Spain, trained in classical and contemporary dance until she graduated from the Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporany Dance (London, UK). In 2018, she graduated in Choreography and Interpretation in Contemporary Dance at the Conservatorio Superior de Danza de Valencia (Spain). In 2018, also takes part in a two week intensive DV8 Workshop with Hannes Langolf, Ermira Goro and Lloyd Newson.

​In 2013, she collaborated with Rambert Dance Company performing A Linha Curva, by Itzik Galili, and then worked in the project Exile, directed by Vivien Wood, in Dance City (Newcastle). That same year, she joined Ballet de la Generalitat Valenciana, where she performed various works from choreographers such as Ohad Naharin, Marcos Morau, Nacho Duato and Thierry Malandain, between others. Since 2016, she has worked as a freelance dancer with several companies and choreographers in Spain such as La Veronal, Taiat Dansa, Kukai Dantza, Antonio Ruz, Cía Alberto Pineda, Ananda Dansa, Institut Valencià de Cultura and Led Silhouette. In 2016, she co-created with Jon López, Moira, a duet that was performed at Festival 10 Sentidos (Valencia, Spain) and Certamen Coreográfico de Tetuán (Madrid, Spain).

​Cristina joined EYAS DANCE PROJECT in August 2019.
